Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

6. E-Gift Cards

You are responsible for the use and security of your e-gift cards. Milrey is not liable for any unauthorised use. Gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue, cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards, and are redeemable only at www.milrey.com. We reserve the right to cancel gift cards linked to suspected fraudulent activity.

7. Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Afterpay, and Klarna. Your payment method will be pre-authorised and charged upon acceptance of your order. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store credit card details.

8. Ownership & Risk

Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once items are dispatched from our warehouse. For international shipments, this may be upon clearance through customs. When your order reaches its destination country, it may be subject to customs procedures which can cause delays. Milrey is not responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country — these remain the responsibility of the customer.

9. Optional Tools & Third-Party Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or links to external websites. These are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.

10. User Comments & Submissions

Any feedback, suggestions, or other content you submit to us may be used by Milrey without restriction or compensation. You are responsible for ensuring your comments do not violate any third-party rights or contain unlawful material. We reserve the right to remove content we deem offensive, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

Any emails sent by Milrey will only be in connection with the provision of agreed products and services, or marketing you have opted in to receive.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Equipad Pty Ltd trading as Milrey, and its directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

For customers located in the United States, any unresolved disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable US consumer protection laws. For Australian customers, disputes are subject to Australian Consumer Law and the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. For customers purchasing from the United States, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable US federal or state consumer protection laws.
