1. Introduction & Acceptance
This website is operated by Equipad Pty Ltd trading as Milrey ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website and purchasing products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), including any additional policies referenced or linked (e.g., Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy). These Terms apply to all users. If you do not agree, please do not use our site. We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes. Continued use means acceptance. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.

2. Online Store & User Conduct
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase, or have a parent/guardian's permission. You may not use our products for unlawful purposes or violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws. No malicious code or interference is permitted. Breaches may result in termination of service.

3. E-Gift Cards
You are responsible for the use and security of your e-gift cards. We are not liable for unauthorised use. Gift cards are valid for 36 months and cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards. No post-purchase fees apply. Redemption is limited to purchases made at www.milrey.com. We may block gift cards linked to suspected fraud or illegal activity.

4. Payments
We accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Afterpay, and Klarna. No cheques, direct transfers, or postal orders are accepted. Your payment method will be pre-authorised and charged when your order is accepted.

5. General Conditions
We may refuse service to anyone for any reason. Content (excluding credit card data) may be transferred unencrypted. You may not copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission. Headings are for ease of reading only.

6. Accuracy of Information & Modifications
We aim to provide accurate information but do not guarantee it. Material is general in nature and used at your own risk. We may correct errors or cancel orders for incorrect information, including pricing or availability. We can modify or discontinue the website or service without notice.

7. Products
Some products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy and comply with Australian Consumer Law. Colours may differ based on your device. We may limit sales by region or individual and may change or discontinue products at any time.

8. Billing and Account Information Accuracy
We may cancel or limit quantities of orders at our discretion, particularly for orders from the same account, credit card, or address. If your order is changed or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you. You agree to provide accurate and current account and billing information. For more, see our Returns Policy.

9. Ownership and Risk
Ownership and risk pass to you once items are dispatched from our warehouse. For international shipments, this may be once cleared by customs. See our Shipping Policy for full delivery terms.

10. Optional Tools & Third-Party Links
We may provide access to third-party tools or websites. These are offered "as is" without warranty. Your use is at your own risk. Review third-party terms before engaging with those services.

11. User Comments, Feedback, and Submissions
Any comments or suggestions sent to us may be used by us without restriction or compensation. We may edit or remove content deemed offensive, unlawful, or violating any rights. You are responsible for ensuring your comments do not violate laws or contain harmful material.

Submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our site or content for unlawful acts, to infringe rights, transmit viruses, collect personal data, spam, or interfere with security features. We reserve the right to restrict your access for any prohibited use.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Products and services are provided "as is" without any warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damages, including indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where we are legally liable under the ACL, our liability is limited to the remedies prescribed by the ACL.

15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Equipad Pty Ltd trading as Milrey and our team against any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law.

16. Severability
If any part of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the rest remains valid.

17. Termination
You may stop using our service at any time. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Obligations before termination survive.

18. Entire Agreement
These Terms and related policies constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding prior agreements. Any ambiguities will not be interpreted against the drafting party.

19. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure due to events outside our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or shortages.

20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

21. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them. Continued use of our website means acceptance of updates.
