Orders & Shipping
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, we send a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way. If you can't find that email, check your spam folder, or email us at info@milrey.com with your order number (it starts with M) and we'll send your tracking straight through.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (please allow 3 to 5 during peak periods, sales and new launches). From there, standard delivery usually takes between 3 to 10 business days depending on your region, with express options faster again. You'll always get a tracking link the moment it's on its way.
I ordered a preorder item. When will it ship?
Preorder pieces have an estimated ship date listed on the product page at the time you order. If that date shifts, we'll email you with an update. Want a status check in the meantime? Email us with your order number and we'll let you know exactly where things are at.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery timeframes vary by region. International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes, or import fees set by your country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
I need a commercial invoice for customs. Can you send one?
Of course. Reply with your order number and the country it's being cleared in, and we'll request a commercial invoice from the warehouse that shipped your order. Give us a little time to organise it with that team.
Can I change my shipping address or update my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best, so email us as soon as you can with your order number and the change. Once your tracking email has been issued, address changes need to go through the courier directly.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We accept returns on full-price items within 30 days of delivery. You're welcome to choose a refund, store credit, or exchange, provided the item is not a final sale item. Your returning items need to be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags and original packaging intact, and proof of purchase is required. A few things we can't accept back: final sale or discounted items, socks (for hygiene reasons), gift cards, and anything purchased in-store or through a third-party stockist.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Head to our Returns Portal and enter your order details, or email us at info@milrey.com with your order number. Return shipping is at your own cost, so we recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage. For international returns, please mark the parcel clearly as "return" to avoid extra customs fees.
I'd like a different size or colour. Can I exchange?
Yes, exchanges are subject to availability. We'll ship your replacement at no extra cost (one exchange per order). Start it in the Returns Portal, or email us at info@milrey.com with your order number and the size or colour you'd like instead.
My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
We're so sorry, that's not the standard we hold ourselves to. Email us at info@milrey.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we'll sort a replacement or refund for you quickly. Faulty final sale items are covered too.
I received the wrong item.
We are so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Email us at info@milrey.com within 30 days with your order number and clear photos of what arrived, and we'll get the correct piece out to you and make it right.
Where's my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 3 to 10 business days back to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and orders paid with a gift card are refunded back to the gift card.
Do you offer extended returns over the holidays?
Yes. Orders placed between 20 November and 24 December can be returned right up until 31 January. Final sale and discounted items are still excluded. Our normal returns and exchanges policy applies.
Sizing & Product
How do I find my size?
Each product page has a size guide with measurements to help you choose. Still between sizes or not sure? Email us at info@milrey.com with your usual size and what you're after, and we'll give you an honest recommendation.
How do I care for my Milrey pieces?
Care instructions are on the label and the product page. As a general rule, wash on a cold wash with a mild detergent and dry flat in the shade, no tumble dry, dry cleaning or bleach. Looking after them well keeps them performing and looking their best for the long ride.
